Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience, including direct supervisory experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training completed.
• B.S. in construction management or related field.
• Ability to build and manage multiple high performing teams and read plans & specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field construction activities on assigned jobsite.
• Organize large project staff with multiple employee-owners.
• Oversee safety plans and procedures on site.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and schedules for scope and resources.
