Job summary

Jobot currently seeks a Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvements and ground-up projects in Austin, TX. You will manage schedules, lead crews, and collaborate with architects, landlords, and the site management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor, strong communication skills, and familiarity with PlanGrid are required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor.
• Ability to read drawings and build schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients, architects, and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations and lead construction scheduling for commercial tenant improvements and ground-up projects in Austin, TX.
• Take part in preconstruction and help build and maintain the construction schedule.
• Attend weekly OAC/site meetings and coordinate with project management team, architects, and landlords.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.
