Williams is seeking a Manager Commercial Technology in Houston to plan and implement tech service strategies across a shared services environment, coordinating IT and commercial groups. You will lead a team to enhance scheduling systems, data presentation, and predictive models to support business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and proficiency in BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional project team from requirements to implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates workforce planning and career development for direct employees with feedback and oversight.
• Designs, develops, implements, evaluates and improves training programs and processes.
• Serves as internal expert on scheduling systems and data requests for regulatory filings and project strategies.
• Prepares and supports revenue budget and monthly reporting for internal partners.
• Other duties as assigned
