Job summary

You will drive collaboration across commercial, technical and regulatory areas, act as SME for system functions, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering or related field with relevant energy industry experience.
• Experience providing system or technical support and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards (NAESB/FERC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and identify system issues.
• Lead projects to create business processes and technology framework.
• Organize project requirements, complete testing plans, and support post-implementation.
