Williams is seeking a Financial Systems & Automation Analyst I in Houston to support and optimize our financial systems. You will manage data integrity, develop reports, and participate in automation initiatives across cross-functional teams.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year in energy finance or a data analytics internship; CPA is preferred. The position emphasizes collaboration with Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management or related major; minimum one year in an energy finance-related role or internship in accounting/data analytics
• CPA preferred as a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintains database hierarchies, tables, and end-user reports to ensure data integrity
• Contributes as a project team member on financial systems initiatives
• Processes and analyzes large data sets for reporting and insights
• Develops and maintains technical and process training for financial systems
• Identifies process improvements with focus on efficiency and automation; creates test cases for software upgrades
• Performs other duties as assigned
