Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a highly relevant field.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Demonstrated ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to analyze business trends and forecast revenues and expenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain seamless communication services across business units and project teams.
• Maintain and organize project communications data and key business metrics.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Set up and manage project and work breakdown structures.
• Establish, document, and optimize business processes for maximum efficiency.
• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs.
• Predict potential budget overruns and proactively offer strategic solutions.
