Brosnan seeks an experienced Site Manager (Commercial) to oversee all site-based activities, quality control, health and safety management, and subcontractors on diverse commercial projects in New York. You will take ownership of delivering projects on time and to spec.

You will work with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, review drawings, manage site setup, and report progress while ensuring a safe, compliant, and collaborative environment for the team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience as a Site Manager (Commercial)
• Excellent planning and coordination
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Thorough understanding of commercial construction techniques and standards

Aufgaben

• Co-ordinate resources onsite to construct works accurately per the drawings and specification
• Review Drawings and Specifications to ensure buildability of works prior to works starting
• Work with the project team, contractors, clients and consultants to resolve design issues
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor
• Site setup and close up; supervision of all activities on site
• Accurately reporting progress to internal managers
• Running subcontractor meetings; assisting in site reports
• Managing Health and Safety on site with support from HSE manager
