Strategic Growth Partners is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee onsite construction activities in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves directing daily operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in commercial construction and strong leadership skills.

Candidates with experience in federal projects will be preferred. The position demands excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as proficiency in construction management software.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of commercial construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent managing commercial or federal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of New York City Building Codes and construction regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise all daily field operations from project mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes.
