Brosnan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in New York to lead commercial activities across projects from start to finish. You will work with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure fiscal discipline and contract compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Commercial experience and contract knowledge are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Forensic analysis of contract documents, budgets, estimates and subcontractor quotations.
• Ensuring adherence to contract terms and conditions and managing risk.
• Negotiating favorable outcomes with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Managing risks and resolving problems as they arise.
• Procuring subcontractors and compiling subcontract agreements.
• Assessing payment claims and variations.
• Measuring, estimating and valuing variation claims.
• Establishing rates from first principles.
• Preparing and submitting variation claims.
• Providing monthly cost reports and accurate cost forecasts.
• Managing relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Overseeing the project team to achieve all financial deliverables and outcomes.
