Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations in Nashville and throughout Middle Tennessee.

You will own multiple projects, develop field teams, and solve challenges to uphold the quality our customers expect. You'll supervise field personnel, collaborate with Project Managers and General Contractors, and influence safety, productivity, and profitability on diverse commercial roofing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial roofing Superintendent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, specifications, scopes of work, and shop drawings.
• Understanding job costs, labor productivity, materials, and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of field personnel.
• Lead Foremen and roofing crews and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee mobilization and execution of projects from preconstruction to demobilization.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations leadership, customers, and General Contractors.
• Monitor costs, enforce Rackley Roofing policies, and drive profitability.
