Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field roofing crews and oversee all roofing operations on commercial projects in Tennessee.

You will drive project profitability, ensure proper mobilization, material handling, safety, and reporting, while coordinating with owners, GC's, and subcontractors. The role emphasizes strict adherence to project plans, quality control, and daily documentation to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Commercial Roofing experience.
• Minimum 1 year Commercial Roofing experience as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field roofing personnel and oversee all roofing operations.
• Responsible for controlling cost related to roofing operations.
• Attend the Project Preconstruction Meeting to get familiar with the project.
• Provide Daily Reports within 24 hours of completion including weather, crew size, on-site personnel, hours worked, photos, and material deliveries.
• Inspect the jobsite during demobilization to ensure the project is closed out.
