Rackley Roofing Co Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to supervise daily field operations and lead roofing crews on commercial projects in Knoxville, TN.

The role requires hands-on roofing experience, strong leadership, and clear communication with project managers and field personnel. Responsibilities include overseeing installation, repair, and replacement of systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen, while maintaining safety, quality, and project schedules.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience as Foreman/Lead Roofer/ Crew Leader preferred.
• Experience installing TPO/EPDM/PVC/modified bitumen roofing.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on daily operations.
• Assign daily work activities and ensure understanding of responsibilities.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and guidance to roofing personnel.
