Job summary
Gilder Search Group is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV to drive business development and manage roofing projects from award to closeout. Qualifications
- Minimum five years of commercial roofing sales, estimating, or project management experience.
- Strong reputation in local market with relationships to property owners/managers preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial roofing opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationships.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for reroofing, repairs, restoration, and maintenance.
- Review plans and pricing to ensure accurate scopes and competitive proposals.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close projects.
- Manage awarded projects from contract to closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
