Job summary

Mid-South Roof Systems in Georgia is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee national retail and complex reroof programs. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and client relations from assignment through closeout, using Procore to track progress, budgets, and documentation.

This role requires strong roofing knowledge, multitasking, and a collaborative leadership style to keep multiple projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including: TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing, Insulated roof assemblies.
• Experience managing full tear-offs and reroof projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with subcontractors and internal production teams.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up projects, review scopes and contracts.
• Coordinate field takeoffs and verify roof conditions.
• Coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors for project execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate project schedules with customer representatives and store management.
• Closeout projects with documentation, photos, and final billing.
