Job summary

Eskola, LLC's Memphis, Tennessee branch is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute roofing projects for commercial clients. You will oversee production, manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, and communicate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar role.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities for commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to industry standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead, train, and supervise on-site production teams, subcontractors, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and adjust project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of roofing materials and equipment to maintain production flow.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines and company safety policies; conduct site inspections and address issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers; provide progress reports and metrics to management.
