GPAC is assisting a reputable commercial roofing company in adding a Commercial Roofing Foreman to support a steady project pipeline. The role focuses on site setup, safety compliance, and directing crew to achieve daily goals while coordinating with project supervision and interior operations.

The foreman will oversee roof assemblies, identify hazards, communicate across teams, and ensure sites remain organized and safe. A strong emphasis on OSHA standards and hands-on leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify specific types of commercial roofing materials and implement proper installation and repair methods.
• Ability to use hand tools associated with commercial roofing installation.
• Ability to identify safety hazards on project sites and take corrective measures to reduce risks.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral communications with crew members and project supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Setting project sites up including equipment and scaffolding.
• Identifying safety related issues and correcting those issues including OSHA standards.
• Directing the crew to meet daily goals with project supervisor.
• Coordinating project activities with interior operations of the building.
• Protecting the building and contents for ongoing projects.
• Overseeing installation of the roof assembly.
• Ensuring materials and systems are installed correctly.
• Communicating with crew and supervisor or owner.
• Maintaining sites in a neat, orderly fashion.
