Job summary

Peak Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from planning through completion. You will lead field operations, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

In this role you will build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers, provide team mentorship, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects, field personnel, schedules, budgets, and production.
• Oversee shingle, low-slope, standing seam metal, and metal wall system projects.
• Conduct site visits, pre-construction meetings, and project handoffs.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and labor needs.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate service and leak calls, crew scheduling, repairs, and documentation.
• Provide weekly project updates, reporting, and closeout coordination.
• Assist with hiring, training, mentoring, and developing field and service teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
