RoofLynx LLC is seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager & Field Operations Director to lead regional roofing projects across Charlestown and Greater Louisville. You will direct pre-construction mobilization, sequencing, material logistics, warranty inspections, and final closeout, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and safety programs.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial/industrial roofing project management, proficiency with TPO/EPDM/PVC systems, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated construction experience with emphasis on commercial/industrial roofing project management.
• Deep familiarity with commercial single-ply roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC), elastomeric coatings, metal roofing, tear-off workflows, and warranty guidelines.
• Strong ability to manage multiple regional jobsites and changing priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital construction management tools (Procore, AccuLynx).

Aufgaben

• Oversee full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout and warranty handovers.
• Develop and enforce master project schedules, takeoffs, labor budgets, and job costing metrics.
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and material logistics including crane/heavy equipment needs.
• Maintain proactive communication with owners, general contractors, suppliers, and leadership.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and warranty compliance.
• Track weather impacts, changes, and audit-ready project files; process change orders.
• Lead real-time problem solving for weather, structural, or sequencing challenges.
• Conduct post-project financial reviews to assess profitability and efficiency.
