RoofLynx LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Field Supervisor & Working Crew Foreman to lead on-site field operations across commercial and industrial roofing contracts in Charlestown and the Greater Louisville market. You will direct daily site operations, manage single-ply and modified bitumen installations, and mentor field crews, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and project specs.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing leadership and supervision.

• Willingness to travel regionally to multiple jobsites; valid driver license required.

Responsabilités

• Field Crew Supervision & Direction: Lead, direct, and supervise daily field operations, crew tasks, and trade subcontractors during commercial and industrial roofing installations.
• Technical Systems Oversight: Oversee the precise installation of single-ply membrane assemblies (TPO, EPDM, PVC), induction welding, hot-air seam welding, flashing details, and modified bitumen systems.
• Safety & OSHA Enforcement: Conduct daily jobsite safety briefings, enforce OSHA guidelines, monitor tie-off safety setups, and ensure compliance on elevated roofs.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection: Verify daily work against quality guidelines and manufacturer specs; address field issues.
• Schedule & Trade Coordination: Coordinate with project managers to meet production targets and manage material staging and equipment logistics.
• Crew Mentorship & Skill Development: Train crew on membrane heat-welding, tool operation, safety harnesses, and new roofing materials.
• Operational & Labor Tracking: Record crew attendance, productivity, hours, material usage, and weather delays.
• Leadership Communication: Report material needs and timeline changes to project managers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Crew Supervision & Direction: Lead, direct, and supervise daily field operations, crew tasks, and trade subcontractors during commercial and industrial roofing installations.
• Technical Systems Oversight: Oversee the precise installation of single‑ply membrane assemblies (TPO, EPDM, PVC), induction welding, hot‑air seam welding, flashing details, and modified bitumen systems.
• Safety & OSHA Enforcement: Conduct daily jobsite safety briefings (toolbox talks), enforce OSHA guidelines, monitor tie‑off safety setups, and ensure full compliance across active elevated roofs.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection: Verify daily work execution against company quality guidelines and manufacturer installation specs; resolve real‑time field penetration and flashing details.
• Schedule & Trade Coordination: Partner with project managers to meet daily square‑footage production targets, manage material staging, and coordinate crane or lifting equipment logistics.
• Crew Mentorship & Skill Development: Train crew members on proper membrane heat‑welding techniques, power tool operations, safety harness setups, and new roofing material assemblies.
• Operational & Labor Tracking: Track daily crew attendance, individual productivity, jobsite labor hours, material usage, weather delays, and submit daily field logs.
• Leadership Communication: Report site material needs, equipment maintenance issues, and timeline adjustments to project managers and company leadership.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

• Commercial Roofing Tenure: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in commercial roofing, with specialized expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems.
• Crew Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading, supervising, and motivating commercial roofing field crews on active jobsites.
• Systems & Details Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of single‑ply membrane assemblies, hot/cold applied modified bitumen, flashing details, roof drains, and wall terminations.
• Blueprint & Detail Literacy: Ability to read and build directly from architectural blueprints, roof framing layouts, tapered insulation plans, and manufacturer installation details.
• Physical Endurance & Stamina: Capability to work continuously on elevated rooftops, perform active field trade labor, and adapt to varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Mobility & Driver Credentials: Valid state driver license with complete willingness to travel to regional jobsites as required.

Preferred

• Language Capabilities: Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a strong plus.
• Safety Credentials: Active OSHA 10‑Hour or 30‑Hour Construction Safety Certification.
