Allied Construction Services seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to lead daily operations across Northern California. You will oversee project managers, superintendents, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while upholding high quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive roofing knowledge, and proven ability to optimize operations and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership or operations management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, metal).
• Experience with project management and construction software platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial roofing operations across Northern California job sites.
• Manage project managers, superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery meeting quality standards and OSHA safety requirements.
• Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and field efficiencies.
