Clark's Quality Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will supervise crews, manage scheduling, safety, and quality to drive profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across sites while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial roofing with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and improve operations.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling and coordinating large projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Strong communication for team coordination and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all commercial roofing projects within budget and quality standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise roofing crews, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Manage workforce schedules, materials, and equipment for seamless execution.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on site.
• Monitor project costs, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
• Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide updates.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials and negotiate pricing.
• Address weather-related delays and on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate project reports, budgets, and site documentation.
