Job summary

Eagle Cornice, a Tecta America Co., in Cranston, RI, seeks a Production Field Superintendent to lead commercial roofing crews across multiple jobsites, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will schedule work, inspect progress, train foremen, manage materials and coordinate with inspectors.

This role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing and 2+ years supervisory experience; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience, 5+ years.
• Supervisory experience, 2+ years.
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise roofing field operations with daily worksite visits to ensure project specifications are met.
• Regularly inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites to ensure safety and compliance with work orders.
• Train roofing field staff with emphasis on safety and employee development.
• Maintain documentation of projects, monitor expenditures and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and governing authorities as needed.
• Communicate with Operations team on work progress.
• Conduct materials inventory as needed.
