Job summary

Eagle Cornice in Cranston, RI is seeking a Production Field Superintendent to lead commercial roofing crews across multiple sites. You will supervise field operations, ensure craftsmanship and safety, and coordinate with the Operations team from start to finish.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing experience and 2+ years of supervisory background, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience, 5+ years.
• Supervisory experience, 2+ years.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and specs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise roofing field operations with daily site visits to ensure project specs are met.
• Regularly inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites to ensure work orders and safety protocols are followed.
• Work with Production foremen to train staff with an emphasis on safety and development.
• Maintain project documentation, identify variances and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and authorities as needed.
• Communicate with Operations team on work progress.
• Conduct materials inventory as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
