Job summary

Tiello LLC in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from estimating through execution and closeout. You will work with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong estimating and project management skills, and the ability to travel within Northeast Florida.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience required.
• Experience in project management, estimating, and interpreting construction plans.
• Preference for waterproofing, building restoration, or related specialty construction.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel regionally within Northeast Florida.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, and project conditions to determine scope, materials, labor needs, and risks.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, develop estimates, obtain vendor pricing, and prepare bids.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, clients, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from estimating through execution to closeout.
• Coordinate with superintendents and foremen to plan manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
