Qualifications
- 7 or more years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Strong experience estimating multifamily, mixed-use, retail, or office projects.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full estimating process for commercial and multifamily projects.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across multiple construction divisions.
- Solicit, receive, and level subcontractor and vendor bids.
