HH-Restore Acquisition, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts for restoration projects in the North Florida Region. This hands-on leadership role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, focusing on existing structures and their complexities.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction, particularly in restoration and related fields. This full-time position includes frequent regional travel and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction or specialty contracting.
• Demonstrated experience with restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, building envelope systems, or related specialty construction scopes.
• Ability to independently manage estimates and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end estimating and preconstruction efforts for restoration and existing-structure projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes; perform detailed quantity take-offs.
• Prepare estimate spreadsheets, bid proposals, budgets, and detailed pricing models.
