Univest Financial Corporation in Allentown seeks a detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to support the Commercial Lending team across Souderton and Allentown. You will manage portfolios, analyze financial information, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure loan performance and compliance.

The role emphasizes client service, due diligence, and coordination with internal teams; you will prepare approvals, monitor covenant tests, and participate in loan closings and post-closing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan approvals and renewals packages in collaboration with Relationship Manager.
• Analyze customer financial information for loan requests, covenant tests, and annual reviews.
• Perform financial performance analysis including cash flow and collateral assessments for deal screen and underwriting.
• Review risk profile and monitor covenant compliance and portfolio performance.
• Support loan origination, closing, and post-closing activities including due diligence and documentation review.
• Order and review due diligence searches (real estate, lien, credit reports, OFAC) and appraisal/environmental reports.
• Lead audit preparation and ensure regulatory compliance in coordination with Relationship Managers.
• Monitor monthly reporting of maturing loans and reviews, and address exceptions.
