Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Sales & Service Manager to act as the primary contact for assigned commercial customers. You will work independently and with Relationship Managers to deliver a best‑in‑class experience and deepen relationships across a diverse portfolio.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee onboarding, and manage complex transactions with a focus on risk control, policy adherence, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial banking with deposits, loans, treasury management, and customer service.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• First-line decision maker resolving complex issues to protect relationships.
• Oversee onboarding of commercial deposit and loan accounts end-to-end.
• Provide guidance to service colleagues and partners on complex customer needs.
• Lead client meetings and participate in deal team discussions.
