Responsibilities include identifying repayment sources, assessing credit risk, underwrite per guidelines, and supporting loan officers with financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and document moderately complex commercial and CRE transactions.
• Support loan officers with credit reports and actions.
• Order appraisals, title research, and credit background checks.
• Translate financial reporting into bank-standard formats for analysis.
