Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients with revenues from $500K to $30M, including C&I, CRE, and SBA. You will self-source new business, build relationships, and cross-sell solutions while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 7+ years in commercial lending/banking, strong credit and risk understanding, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's in business/finance/accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 7+ years' commercial lending/banking experience.
• Formal bank credit training is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase profitability by cultivating new commercial relationships.
• Maintain and develop portfolio; assess and meet client needs; negotiate loan structures and cross-sell products.
• Maintain files and manage renewals and collections on past dues and defaults.
• Understand current commercial products and industry trends.
