Wintrust Financial Corporation in Illinois seeks a dynamic Business Banking Relationship Manager to develop and expand mid-market client relationships. You will promote loan and deposit products, cross-sell services, and deliver exceptional service to our business clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial credit or lending, strong communication, and a disciplined sales approach. The role offers a salary range of $85,000-$110,000 plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Preferred formal credit training program.
• Minimum 5 years' commercial credit and lending experience.
• B2B, small business banking or outside sales experience in financial services.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Annual goals for loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning and fee income generation.
• Grow and manage customer relationships with businesses up to $30M in revenue.
• Nurture and develop existing portfolio by assessing and meeting client needs.
• Negotiate loan structure and cross-sell products.
• Maintain properly documented files and manage renewals and past-due collections.
• Build and manage a professional network of COIs and referral sources.
• Maintain a stable network of prospective customers with consistent calling.
