Job summary

Vista Bank in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager III to originate, structure, and close complex lending transactions while applying advanced credit expertise.

You will manage a high-value portfolio, build durable client relationships, mentor colleagues, and expand revenue through proactive advisory services.

This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced commercial banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 9-12+ years of commercial banking or related financial services experience
• Demonstrated experience in commercial lending, business development, sales, and client relationship management
• MBA or advanced business-related degree (preferred)
• 10+ years of commercial banking experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, financial analysis, and accounting principles
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements (including BSA/OFAC)
• Strong networking skills and community involvement
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
• Ability to think logically and make sound decisions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to work with multiple systems and software platforms

Responsibilities

• Originating, structuring, and closing complex commercial lending transactions.
• Demonstrating advanced expertise in credit underwriting, deal structuring, and risk management.
• Manage a complex, high-value portfolio of client relationships.
• Mentor, contribute to overall team development, and maintain a strong external referral network.
