Twist Bioscience Corporation is seeking a Staff Recruiter to own hiring for our Commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations. This senior role operates as a strategic talent advisor and manages end-to-end complex searches with minimal oversight.

You will use AI-enabled tools and market data to identify passive candidates, guide senior leaders through intake to offer, and ensure regulatory and ISO 13485 compliance where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, independently handling senior and hard-to-fill searches.
• Experience in both agency/search-firm and in-house corporate recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Commercial talent (sales, marketing, business development, commercial operations) in biotech or pharma.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers with data-driven insights.
• Experience building diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring processes.

Aufgaben

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to Commercial leaders and hiring managers, translating business growth plans into hiring needs.
• Lead intake meetings to define success, profile, market reality and assessment plans.
• Manage hiring managers through process, timelines and feedback SLAs with data-driven pushback when needed.
• Coach leaders on structured interviewing and compensation positioning to raise hiring standards.
• Own a portfolio of Commercial searches end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, assessment, offers and onboarding.
