Job summary

Property Management Associates (PMA) is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee multiple assets in Los Angeles. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, tenant relationships, and operational excellence, with responsibilities across budgeting, vendor management, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Property Manager.
• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Commercial Property Management experience.
• Experience with leasing and tenant management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint).
• Innovative marketing skills and abilities.
• Budget experience – must have the ability to review financials and provide variance explanations.
• Excellent customer service and exceptional organizational skills. Must be self-motivated, creative, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Assumes day-to-day management of office buildings and retail space.
• Conducts periodic inspections to ensure lease compliance and upkeep to ownership standards.
• Obtains estimates/bids for repairs, coordinates service orders and contractor activity.
• Provides excellent tenant service and responds to requests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Oversee property vendors to ensure performance meets standards and contracts are adhered to.
• Creates annual income and expense budgets.
• Responsible for accounts receivable, monthly variance reporting, and quarterly re-forecasts.
