Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial property loss adjusting and catastrophe claims.
• Knowledge across many classes of business risk including manufacturing, retail, industrial, habitational, and hospitality.
• Understanding of claims adjudication with knowledge of construction industries.
• Knowledge of property claim law and commitment to customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Determine and communicate the extent of loss or damage for commercial property claims.
• Personally conduct property inspections and photograph sites to substantiate losses.
• Prepare accurate reports and recommendations for insurance carriers.
• Produce loss estimates using Xactimate and maintain thorough field notes.
• Travel to sites as required, including evenings, weekends, and during catastrophes.
