Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in commercial property loss adjusting.
• Active license or ability to obtain in assigned state(s).

Responsibilities

• Investigates insurance claims across varied settings (retail, office, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Performs property inspections and photographs sites to substantiate losses.
• Obtains information from claimants and experts to assess extent of loss.
• Coordinates with experts, attorneys, and carriers to support evaluations.
• Applies understanding of policies to establish appropriate loss estimates.
• Prepares clear reports and communications to carriers and clients.
