• Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Review drawings for scope clarity and constructability.
• Manage changes, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, engineers.
• Monitor quality, safety, and milestones.
• Oversee closeout, commissioning, warranty docs.
