Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

With 5+ years in a general contractor or construction management setting, you will drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding projects from preconstruction through completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or CM firm.
• Proven track record delivering medium- to large-scale ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution and coordination, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings, prepare project schedules, oversee site logistics, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials including change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Facilitate regular jobsite meetings and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
