Job summary

Jobot in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from concept to completion. You will supervise planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for healthcare, retail, education, and municipal facilities, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools, budgeting practices.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for commercial builds such as medical offices, retail spaces, and sports facilities.
• Manage relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
• Provide regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct value engineering and bid analysis to optimize project outcomes.
• Administer contracts and manage project documentation and reporting.
