Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive in Glendale, WI to lead a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving performance and building lasting client relationships.

This senior role requires 10+ years in construction management, a proven track record across multiple markets, strong financial acumen, and outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, with 3-5 years in a senior PM or executive role.
• Proven track record managing complex commercial projects across multiple markets.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&Ls and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build client confidence.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, CMiC, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Own the primary client relationship — building trust, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for continued partnership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams; foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with preconstruction on pursuits, proposals, and estimating to support business development.
• Monitor project financials, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective action as needed.
• Champion THINK SAFE. WORK SAFE. culture on every project and at every level of the team.
• Represent the firm in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings with professionalism and strategic clarity.
