Jobot is seeking a strong commercial Project Manager to oversee multifaceted projects across sectors from inception to completion. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget control, and high-quality standards within a growing, design-driven team.

The successful candidate will manage multiple tasks, provide leadership, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations while coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience within the commercial construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
• Expertise in project management software, specifically Procore.
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
