IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead one or more projects from inception to completion.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical construction project management on projects over $10M, a relevant degree preferred, and a valid electrical license preferred. Travel as needed; competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects over $10M, including mission critical, ground-up construction, and remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management in all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and maintain client relationships.
• Travel as required.
