Job summary

IES Residential seeks a Commercial Project Manager to oversee execution from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. You will coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, and field teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction on multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in construction project management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams to ensure project success.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure requirements.
• Monitor progress, costs, and performance to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on status and expectations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, schedules, and reports.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, conflicts, and risks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support billing, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
