Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Large scale project experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of effectively managing document control.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Project Manager(s), Project Executive(s), and Superintendent(s).
• Speak/present to Owner's/Architects/Subcontractors in meetings.
• Establish and maintain subcontractor relationships.
