Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Senior/Lead role to drive commercial strategy, governance, and optimization across NG, NGL, and Specialties. You will standardize methodologies, lead cross-functional teams, and manage subscription services and budgets to create value and efficiency.

Location includes multiple sites with travel, and a focus on strategic decision support, governance, and process improvement across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or related field or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
• Seven (7) or more years of experience in business administration, project management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of consistent commercial methodologies across the organization.
• Oversee monthly operational reporting for NG, NGL, and Specialty capacity KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on business priorities and processes.
• Manage Commercial subscription services and budget; track spend vs. budget.
• Act as project lead, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
