  • Collaborate with Siemens Energy's global manufacturing, and supply chain organizations to proactively address delivery challenges, change orders, supplier impacts, and execution risks while maintaining alignment across international project teams and customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting transparency, commercial governance, digitalization, and standardized project execution processes while supporting business growth through lessons learned, best practice sharing, and operational excellence.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Previous experience leading Commercial Project Managers, Finance professionals, or project-based teams, with demonstrated success developing talent and driving high team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting principles, including Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting, IFRS, revenue recognition, financial forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, cash flow management, and commercial risk management within complex project environments.
  • Experience working with SAP and advanced Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other business intelligence and digital reporting tools is preferred. Professional certifications such as PM@Siemens, PMP, CPA, or equivalent are considered an asset.
