Job summary

Siemens Energy in Raleigh, NC seeks a Project Director to lead the delivery across a strategic customer portfolio within Large Capital EPC. You will serve as the senior executive responsible for project performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth, partnering with customer leadership and internal stakeholders to drive execution excellence.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale Substation EPC or infrastructure, strong leadership, risk management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management expertise.
Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships and manage strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio and ensure successful execution across all projects.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.
Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, cash flow, and profitability.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver business objectives.
