Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Bennington, VT is hiring for a professional level sales position focused on the commercial side of the business. You will manage commercial customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and supervise team members while coordinating driver delivery and stocking programs.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain commercial customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Experience leading teams and coaching while achieving store objectives.
• Proficient in POS and parts lookup systems; able to read catalogs.
• Speak English; Spanish a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pricing discounts with Commercial accounts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Distribute tasks to drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and network of suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure delivery standards are met.
