Advance Auto Parts in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive growth. The role partners with the GM to supervise Team Members, source from multiple channels, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will maintain commercial customer relationships, apply GAS2 selling principles, and work toward store sales goals. ASE certification is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to manage commercial customer relationships and profitability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development.
