Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety documents.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for team members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and maintain delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and build supplier networks.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of team members.
